Pool
Located on the fourth floor, the indoor pool measures 20 metres by 6 metres (66 feet by 20 feet) and features an adjacent whirlpool. Beverages and light snacks are served on the adjoining terrace, a beautiful place to relax and rejuvenate for swimmers and non-swimmers alike.

Fitness Facilities
The Fitness Centre offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment including free weights, Stairmasters, Lifecycles, elliptical cross-trainers, spinning bicycles and treadmills. Certified trainers are available to help guests maximise their workouts. The cardiovascular fitness room is available 24 hours a day.

The separate men's and women's saunas, steam rooms, and hot and cold plunge pools offer a welcome post-workout reward. A complete roster of relaxation services and massages is also available to invigorate and renew. Facilities include an indoor pool with an adjacent hot whirlpool. The adjoining pool terrace serves beverages and light snacks.

Spa Services

Si Ji Xuan
Si Ji Xuan serves traditional Cantonese cuisine combined with Shanghainese favourites in an elegant atmosphere. The restaurant seats 154, including five private dining rooms with 12 seats each.
Specialties
At lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, guests can choose from a wide selection of dim sum delicacies. For dinner, Chinese specialties and fresh seafood are the focus.

Cafe Studio
On the street level, with a view of the passersby on busy Weihai Road, Cafe Studio offers a blend of Italian and Asian cuisine. Its relaxed atmosphere features a display kitchen with pizza oven and rotisserie. Seats 146.
Specialties
A large buffet showcases a great diversity of dishes daily. A Champagne Brunch on Sundays and holidays highlights Asian and European cuisine – all handsomely complemented by free-flowing French champagne.

Steak House
For a casual and relaxed setting and Western-style cuisine, Steak House is an ideal choice. The open kitchen, sumptuous salad bar and conservatory ceiling make a dramatic statement. Seats 88, including seating for 14 in a private dining room. Available all day for private functions until 3pm.
Specialties
Steak House serves delicious North American prime beef and the freshest seafood, extensive salad bar at dinner time.

Shintaro
Open daily for dinner, this charming bistro features an open kitchen serving Japanese fusion cuisine including noodles and rice, fresh sushi and sashimi. The restaurant seats 43 with a private room for eight diners.

Lobby Lounge
Nestled in a garden-style setting beneath a three-storey atrium, the Lobby Lounge seats 81 and makes a fine choice for afternoon tea, with its wide selection of teas, coffees and pastries. Cocktails and refreshments are served throughout the day, amid the relaxed ambience of a trio playing gentle jazz.

Jazz 37
The nightlife is hot at Jazz 37, with spectacular, 37th-floor views of Pudong, the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Old French Concession. Featuring one of the longest bars in Shanghai and a cosy cigar lounge, this lively venue with seating for 97 serves up a full selection of cocktails and refreshments to the accompaniment of live entertainment. Available all day for private functions until 7:00 pm.

Executive Club Lounge
The Executive Club Lounge on the 37th floor offers an array of complimentary amenities exclusively for Executive Club guests - breakfast, cocktails, all-day comfort food, pressing, 24-hour personalised business and concierge services, one-hour use of the boardroom and separate check-in/out area.

Pool Terrace
Located next to our indoor swimming pool, the Pool Terrace provides simple and convenient dining pleasure for the fitness-conscious guest. A simplified yet ample Continental breakfast menu is served daily, and the In-Room Dining menu is available for the remainder of the day.

Located on the Hotel's sixth and seventh floors, sophisticated Superior Rooms offer views of the Puxi district. Elegantly appointed Deluxe Rooms, located throughout the Hotel, feature spacious marble bathrooms with separate spacious bath and shower stalls. Generously sized Premier Rooms feature a larger living space and a walk-in dressing area.

Executive Suites

The luxuriously appointed Four Seasons Executive Suites are located at the corner of each wing and feature a separate living room and bedroom. They can be converted into two-bedroom suites.

Suites
The one-bedroom Centre Suites include a spacious living room with sofabed and a separate king bedroom. These suites also feature a guest powder room. Deluxe Suites, on the upper floors, offer greater living space and can be enlarged to two- or three-bedroom suites.

The Premier Suite on the 35th floor and the luxurious Presidential Suite on the 36th floor are ideal for private entertaining. Both boast an oversized living room, kitchen or pantry and can be enlarged to several bedrooms. The suites also feature panoramic views of Shanghai.

Families and Special Needs
Families can be accommodated in suites and, in some cases, in connecting Deluxe or Premier rooms. Rooms and floors for non-smokers are available on request, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms. We recommend contacting the Hotel directly to make the best arrangements.
